• Payments are collected through authorized payment gateways.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• User changes their mind after subscribing
• User did not use the application after purchase
• User's device is incompatible or has technical issues not related to our app
• User forgets to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle
